As part of the Visable Group, we are backed up by a proven business and as a separate entity, we work in cross functional teams, agile and at full speed like a startup. Our headquarter’s in Hamburg and offices in Berlin and Paris make us a truly European company.

How we work

PRODUCT, TECH, MARKETING

At Visable Labs we cover all product, tech and marketing competences. We work in cross functional teams that includes functions like product owners, ux/ui designers, marketing managers, backend and frontend developers as well as quality assurance.

Each Team works independently and is guided by its defined OKRs. Whereas we guide, coach and support our teams with the best resources available, the teams themself are fully responsible for defining their way to work best and as effective as possible.

The foundation of our daily work are our core values, that include trust, transparency, a hands on mentality, entrepreneurial mindsets and an open feedback culture. To make sure these values are not only defined but also reality we have regular value reviews, team discussions and presentations, team breakfast and further team events to create an enjoyable company culture.
