As UX/UI designer you are a member of our cross-functional product development team responsible for the user experience of the Search Team (called Kobra).
Starting from user needs through ideation, prioritization (with the product owner), and strategic concepts to the final design you are a driver in product development.
You are committed to collaborative teamwork with product owners, developers, fellow designers, and other stakeholders.
You form product hypotheses, design qualitative and quantitative experiments and run and analyze them with the help of the team.
You contribute to our design system and care for a consistent UI across our platform in close collaboration with other designers and frontend developers.
You contribute to conducting and analyzing user research in collaboration with your team and fellow designers.
You synthesize existing quantitative and qualitative insights to shape the behavior and look and feel of new products and features.

This is how you can impress us
Proven track record as a digital product designer or UX/UI designer with strong UX, product and UI skills, preferably working on sophisticated web or mobile-based products at a fast-paced and execution-focused environment.
Demonstrated ability to express complex features or concepts as flowcharts, diagrams, maps, or wireframes.
You have an MVP mindset and focus on learning from real user feedback as quickly as possible.
You have experience working in an evidence-driven environment, experience with defining or analyzing A/B Tests is a strong plus.
You are willing to ask questions and challenge established opinions to get the right outcome.
Knowledge of UI design principles, grid systems, and responsive design.
Fluency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Abstract, Figma).
Proven experience with Design Thinking, Design Sprints or other modern collaborative facilitation and workshop methods.
Demonstrated ability to write front-end user stories or engineering tickets/specifications is a strong plus.
You are fluent in English and German, French is a plus.
