We are looking for a CTO management trainee, an opportunity for you at the beginning of your career. You will work closely with our CTO Daniel Keller and the Product and Tech Management team. You support and learn from daily activities in scope of Product, Tech, Engineering, IT Services, IT Operations and BI at the Visable Group. In this role, you will get a huge insight into our company and be a part of our spirit towards further growth and development.

You take over the KPI follow-up for product and technology
You support with the product strategy analysis and development
You coordinate meetings, presentations and recruitments
You gain experiences in project management and coordination
You support in budget planning and controlling
You take care for risk control and follow-up

This is how you can impress us
You have a bachelor or university degree in a relevant field: Business/IT/Tech or Computer Science or Product Development or something similar
You have excellent mathematical and analytical skills
You are highly organized and detail-oriented
You have exceptional skills in Excel and PowerPoint
You have a passion for online business, platforms, and technology
You are able to liaise between technical staff and other business departments
You have about one year of work experience preferably as a consultant and in search for an entrepreneurial atmosphere
You are proactive and constantly strive for more
You speak and write English fluently
