You know your way around a rails application
You have experience with elasticsearch or lucene / Apache Solr
You have a good understanding of lean and agile practices
You have experience with distributed systems, designing and building APIs
You're a real team player. You have efficient communication and interpersonal skills. You love to help and find solutions together
We use other languages in the company aswell (NodeJS, Elixir). However, languages can be learned: we care much more about your general engineering skill than knowledge of a particular language or framework
You think about systems and services and write high-quality code. You are experienced in testing on different levels (unit, integration, contract and E2E)
