Together with your team, you are responsible for all our paid marketing channels including search, social, native, affiliate and any other paid initiatives aiming to promote the business, acquire new users or retain existing ones
You lead your team based on our leadership principles and foster a positive environment of open communication, collaboration and professional growth
In addition you guide your team to set ambitious and realistic goals and review them together while ensuring high performance of the overall marketing KPIs
Therefore you develop the marketing strategy together with the Head of Online Acquisition and the other Marketing Heads
You are also responsible for the execution of the strategy, managing, controlling, and optimizing the performance marketing activities and budgets across European countries
You identify new advertising channels and implement scalable processes and tools
You work hands-on with all the stakeholders to improve performance

This is how you can impress us
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in performance or digital marketing, B2B know-how is a big plus
A strong digital marketing experience with an in-depth knowledge of the principals AdTech platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Keyword planner, Facebook Ad Manager, Similarweb, Hubspot, etc.)
Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills as well as pronounced project management skills
Passion and drive to build high performing teams and bringing people to their best self
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle many topics at the same time, a good understand of using agile methodologies is a plus
Startup Mindset: You take the initiative, look for challenges, live an open error culture and have a pronounced can-do attitude and very good English language skills
