You lead the design / UX and UX Research function across all Product Development, mostly integrated cross-functionally into our agile Product Development teams across all our locations
You create and drive the vision for our Design and User experience for all our platforms and brands
You shape and drive the user centric product development process
You initiate, prioritize and drive global efforts to improve our UX and Design processes
You align and coordinate with the brand function in our Marketing team
You lead a heterogenuous group of motivated UX, Visual Designers and UX Researchers and help them growing personally and professionally by being a mentor and strong people manager
You have a broad understanding of topics like Design System, UX Research and Design Methods
You raise the bar in all our UX efforts and strongly align them to achieve our product and business goals

This is how you can impress us
You have already 5 years experience in leading a UX / Design group
You have a high level of creativity and initiative
You have proven track record of successfully guiding a company to a higher level of ux maturity
You have confidence in articulating your decisions, the ability to explain your ideas clearly and build trust with stakeholders in English
You have a process- and data-driven mindset, you believe that a transparent, reliable process is part of the key to great UX work
You also have experience with Design Systems
